Independent Travel Agent

We're seeking motivated, customer-focused Independent Travel Agents who are ready to build or grow their own book of business under the Topsail Travel brand. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential. You’ll have access to industry-leading training, marketing support, supplier connections, and a community of fellow travel professionals.

Monthly Membership: $48 per month
60% Commission Payout. Includes branded email address, onboarding and training, insurance, and our itinerary builder.

What You'll Do

Plan and book travel experiences (flights, lodging, tours, cruises, etc.) for clients
Create custom itineraries for adventure, luxury, cultural, or group travel
Build and manage client relationships with excellent service and communication
Stay current with travel trends, destinations, and vendor offerings
Attend supplier trainings, webinars, and optional FAM trips
Promote Topsail Travel via social media and personal networks

What We'll Offer

Up to 60% commission based on sales volume
Full training and onboarding for new or experienced agents
Marketing tools, CRM access, and preferred supplier network
Flexible hours - work from anywhere, on your own schedule
Ongoing mentorship and support from the Topsail Travel team
Use of branded materials and presence on our agency website
Opportunity to specialize in niche travel (luxury, cultural, safari, group, etc.)

You Might Be a Great Fit If You

Are passionate about travel and helping others explore the world
Are self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
Have excellent communication and sales skills
Have a network of potential clients or a desire to build one
Have prior travel planning or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
