To make a payment please select your travel advisor. Once payment is made, please allow 24-48 hours for payment to be processed.

Yes—but timing is important. If you need to cancel a payment, please contact your travel advisor as soon as possible. If the payment hasn’t been processed yet, it can usually be canceled without issue.

If the payment has already been submitted to the travel supplier, cancellation may no longer be possible. However, in some cases, a refund can be issued. Please note that refunds typically take 3–5 business days (or longer) depending on your bank’s processing times.

When you're ready to pay, you'll be redirected to Travel Joy, our trusted partner that securely handles all payments and customer information.

Travel Joy’s platform is fully PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, ensuring the highest standard of security. They do not store or process sensitive credit card data on their own servers. All payment details are handled through PCI-compliant providers such as TokenEx and Stripe. These providers use tokenization and secure iframes to protect your private information.

Protecting your payment information is our top priority, and we are committed to maintaining the highest levels of security.

If you’ve booked through Topsail Travel, you likely already have a travel advisor assigned to your trip. To make a payment online, you’ll need your booking number—this helps us match your payment to the correct reservation. If you’re unsure who your advisor is or don’t have your booking number, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to help.
Not immediately. When you submit a payment, you're authorizing your travel advisor to apply that payment on your behalf to the appropriate travel supplier(s) for your vacation package.

Please allow 24–48 hours for your advisor to review and process the transaction. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation. If you haven’t received one after 48 hours, please contact us at contactus@topsailtrvl.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Selecting the travel advisor managing your booking ensures your payment is processed quickly and applied correctly. It also helps keep your trip organized and secure—your information goes directly to the advisor you’ve been working with, so there’s no confusion or delay.
