A booking is not confirmed until full or partial payment is received as outlined at the time of booking.
You agree to provide accurate information for all travelers. Incorrect information (e.g., passport names) may result in additional fees.
Payment terms, including deposits and deadlines, will be communicated at booking. Failure to pay may result in cancellation without refund.
Cancellation policies vary by supplier (airline, cruise line, hotel, etc.). We will provide you with the applicable terms at the time of booking.
Our service fees are non-refundable.
Refunds, if any, will be processed according to the supplier’s policies.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.
You are responsible for:
Ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and travel documents required for your trip.
Meeting health, vaccination, or entry requirements for your destination.
Arriving on time for flights, cruises, tours, and other services.
Reviewing supplier policies (baggage, check-in times, restrictions, etc.).
Travel may involve risks, including delays, cancellations, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. By booking with us, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Topsail Travel is not liable for circumstances outside our direct control.
We act only as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers. We are not responsible for the acts, errors, or omissions of suppliers.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for our direct services.
We are not liable for personal injury, property damage, delays, cancellations, or additional costs incurred during travel.
Suppliers may change schedules, itineraries, or services. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you, but we are not responsible for such changes.
Additional costs resulting from changes are the traveler’s responsibility.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical needs, or lost baggage.
All content on our website (logos, text, images, etc.) is the property of Topsail Travel and may not be used without our written permission.
