Smartphones usually already have a pre-installed email client that can be easily connected to your IONOS business email address. Alternatively, you can use your preferred browser-based email client. In both cases the app needs to support IMAP accounts in order to work with your IONOS email address. Our Help Center provides a step-by-step guide for setting up your email address on an android or iOS smartphone.
Congratulations on securing a vacation for your client! To make sure your commission is paid out promptly you'll need to make sure to complete a few required tasks on our CRM database. All required steps should be completed within 24 hours of confirmation.

Step 1: Make sure your client has received their confirmation email with all required travel details and deposit/payments.

Step 2: Visit Gateway Travel's CRM located on the portal. If this is a new client, add the client to the database and enter all relevant information into the CRM. Click HERE to access the portal.

Step 3: Visit Topsail Travel's internal CRM and enter the client information and all relevant vacation details. Click HERE to access our CRM.
After you have added your client to our CRM, you can begin creating a quote or invoice in the system. To begin CLICK HERE to log-in and then follow the steps below.

Creating a Quote
Step 1: Click Price Quotes on the left-hand side of your screen and click New Quote.

Step 2: Fill out all relevant information that pertains to the vacation. This includes the client details, title of the vacation, and type of vacation with relevant dates and pricing.

Step 3: Once you completed the vacation details you can add any notes for the client that you want them to know (i.e. Thank you for letting me book your vacation! If you have further questions let me know.). Do NOT change the terms.

Step 4: Once you're satisfied with the quote you can click Preview and Share at the top right. Here you can send the quote to the client and/or print the quote.

Creating an Invoice
Step 1: Click Invoices on the left-hand side of your screen and click Create New Invoice.

Step 2: Fill out all relevant vacation details including the confirmation number, customer details, travel consultant and any other details necessary.

Step 3: Once you completed the vacation details you can add any notes for the client that you want them to know (i.e. Thank you for letting me book your vacation! If you have further questions let me know.). Do NOT change the terms.

Step 4: Once you're satisfied with the invoice you can click send. The invoice will be sent to the client for review.

Pro Tip: If you submit a quote to a client and they approve the quote it'll automatically be transferred as an invoice!
Gateway Travel, our host agency, currently lacks several essential tools that are critical for delivering exceptional service to our clients, such as invoicing and quoting systems. Additionally, establishing our own database would provide us with the flexibility to expand and potentially operate independently from Gateway Travel in the future.
